The year Google started it's road testing. Only three States allow driver-less cars. We have to wait for States to permit it, which means many will be half in the loop, others will drag their butts. Don't forget the States that will create back wood laws creating problems for the technology. We are no where near this hitting our streets. This is why I said 30 years away.

The only way really to stop this is to legally stop this. Don't fund the NSA Have Bills passed through local and State that nullifies the NSA so they have to have a warrant. Create fines so high when they go against the new Bill they have to pay them because if they don't the taxes for the State to Federal will be minus the fines they have accumulated with interest. NSA is a bully that needs to be dealt with. It may of been a good program years ago but today it's not. The program can kill innovation in the Tech industry, and foreign countries will think twice or say no when it comes to anything that is electronic from the USA to them. That could do more harm to the USA than pushing the NSA back in time.

BTW the NSA has state of the art computers that probably run so much faster than your computer that they could scan a computer in 2 seconds and give you back change. The encryption we use today is child's play. They know how to decrypt it without a key. They built their own software to deal with it. You can only drool over the technology the NSA has, not to forget the stuff we don't even know they have. Their technology is probably four times better or more than what you can get from a high end computer here in the states.
