I'm interested in hearing more about this as I'm sure Mike and Jerry are...
My wife now has a WP7 phone (HTC Arrive) and loves it. The OS seems well put together and while it doesn't seem to be a power user phone it does many of the functions better of being a phone, text platform, and media consumption device much more smoothly than either iOS or Android. I use both an Android (Galaxy SII currently) and an iPhone 4 on a daily basis, my preference is heavily on the Android side for many usability and functionality reasons. I also run custom ROMs on my android vs. stock on the iPhone which may have much to do with my experience.
That said the WP7 has been impressive enough that it may just be my next phone.
In this case I honestly think the former is better... at least then it's not his fault.
I loved that story when I listened to it thanks for the link.
Apple via DI just picked a fight with pretty much every player in the mobile phone market?
This reeks of desperation. Something tells me the recent rulings against them around the world from Germany to the US to Australia are a major blow to their ego and they're lashing out like the cool kid who is suddenly being abandoned by all his friends...
It will be interesting to see if Apple can survive a fight with Microsoft (who are obligated to help due to agreements with Nokia and WP7), Google (Own Motorola), Sony, Samsung, RIM, LG, and Amazon...
Alright I deserved that.... But...
There, the 6-inch projectile bounced in front of a home on quiet Cassata Place,
RTFS if you wanted details...
Because there are many different sizes of melon and since it is a cantaloupe and you're an idiot we'll call it a cantaloupe since North American Cantaloupe is really too long...
There is and it was the same with the space shuttles etc... if you lost something there was a good chance you could find it sucked up against in exhaust vent.
Does this mean the merger is officially dead or is it just the first step in ending the merger? The article gave me the impression that the merger was still happening, kinda, but not with the FCC.

Mostly yes.
It was more smaller quakes can relieve smaller faults but lead to a build up of the stress in bigger faults as the stress from the smaller faults is moved to the bigger ones. It may be possible to manage these quakes if it is possible to drive them with fracking.
This except that there is another possibility as well. These small quakes may not be ultimately relieving or adding stress but transferring it to a different location ultimately leading to a build up of stress along a particular fault without any net input or release of stress until the large quake that would result from the concentrated stress.
Exactly, not every Credit Union is better than a bank. My credit union has been very good to me. My credit card rate drops to zero when there is less than $1000 on the card, my car loan was a point and a half lower than either the dealer or other banks could offer, and they were amoung the lowest mortgage rates my friends could get. I unfortunately can't comment on their mortgages personally though.
It should also be said I have an account with a bank as well because it offers some perks that I appreciate that the credit union doesn't offer.
I can do that from my phone any where in the world that has WiFi. My credit union also pays me ATM fees back up to $5 per transaction. What does your bank do besides suck and be expensive?
More intelligent individuals are also more likely to innovate and find better ways to flourish which would encourage breeding unless there is a downside to the additional intelligence that would counteract that benefit and ultimately inhibit breeding.
