Busted!!

RedHat Rocky writes: Poker Player James Giordano charged in gambling ring case. Apparently he left his laptop in the hotel while attending a wedding and 'investigators entered the hotel room with a warrant, found the laptop on a desk and made a digital copy of the hard drive without his knowledge'.
