Don't get yer jewels in a jangle, bubba. Richmond california is a much better place due to LPRs (license plate readers) which can read at fifteen miles per hour, and give instant readout of invalid plates due to insurance, theft, or mismatch to car. It requires some car recognition by the driver, since the software doesn't recognize cars yet, but we hear that's also coming. Car theft has dropped dramatically, along with related crimes. We love it. Our area used to be used as a stolen car drop-off area, but now it has gone way down. I understand that the two LPR equipped cruisers can do 20,000 cars a night. I'm sure some geek will point out that's impossible.

Propylene glycol fog with pure condensed THC vapor in the cartridge. (for the technically minded, a suck-it valve opens and turns on a filament which heats a tiny tube of juice). It stops instantly when you stop sucking. No waste and precise titration: take a toke. Wait two minutes, quit if you're satisfied with the effects. I can't imagine a better delivery system. It looks exactly like an e-cigarette, which does the same thing for nicotine.

Runs 75 all day, with four people on board. 150k miles so far. Tires and brakes, twice. Get a life, hot rods. Speed is over. The climate is changing. Take up something thrilling that depends on your own skills, other than bashing a gas pedal and sliding around corners. That's so 2000's
