xzvf writes: BusinessWeek is claiming that restricting H1B visas is a top 10 US economic blunder.

Under congressional legislation, the cap on H-1B visas for skilled foreign workers fell by two-thirds, to just 65,000 a year, leaving companies starved for talent at a time when Congress was refusing to supply enough green cards to meet the demand for both skilled and unskilled workers.
