Teen questioned after threatening Bush on MySpace

luder writes: "A 14-year-old freshman was taken out of class and questioned by two Secret Service agents, who were investigating her role in setting up a MySpace Web page featuring an image that the agents felt was extremely threatening to the life of the President of the United States. Beneath the words "Kill Bush" the girl posted a cartoonish photo-collage of a knife stabbing the hand of the president, one of a few images she used to decorate an anti-Bush Web page she moderated on MySpace. Ultimately, the agents concluded there was no real danger and said they would delete her investigation file but, with the recent suspension of Habeas Corpus, what would stop the President from issuing an arrest order if he found this offensive enough?"
