same thing with maps and gmail. i've switched to bing maps ffs, because google maps have become slow as molasses.
It is also quite good after a workout or in an airplane.
It is just a regional court decision and precedents aren't binding in Germany. The ruling is somewhat surprising, though, because the Hamburg regional court is known for a, let's say, quite a pro-big-business attitude when it comes to technology.
Eh? I had 1xMMR as a child and 3x polio/tetanus/diphtheria (not once as you've mentioned). In addition to that there were smallpox (yep, the actual vaccine) and BCG.
My parents unfortunately forgot about Hep A + B, so I had these as an adult paying them out of my own pocket.
It is actually not a bad idea at all. I suffer from a lack of motivation, so nagging can be really a help when I know I really need to do something.
Stalin was an orthodox (as Georgians usually are) seminarian before going to politics. Hitler, as most Austrians of that time, was catholic.
Just saying.
Ukrainian taxi drivers are generally awful and no amount of politeness can change that. Not only the cars are in a bad shape and generally lack seat belts on the rear seat, the drivers are rude and drive like crazy, apparently believing that cheaply printed icons on the dashboard would save them.
My worst experience was when I wanted to go from Kiev city centre (independence square) to a hotel near the town border, close to the airport, at midnight. I had to wait for two hours for a taxi to arrive because the drivers just refused to go that far. The one who came apparently was drunk, drove about twice the speed limit, typed SMS while driving and at the end had a chase with the police, because, apparently, the car was marked as stolen in their data base. When I finally got out the taxicab, I got weak at the knees.
About the only upside is the price. 100 UAH is less than 5 EUR. I'd probably pay at least 25 EUR for the same distance here in Germany. But my life is worth every penny of that.
You jest, but people with major depression don't feel happy after either. Somewhat relaxed, sure, but still mostly miserable. That is, what a clinical depression does to people - they just can't enjoy anything anymore.
Eh? Are you talking about the actual satellite states or the union republics?
Swiftkey is better than Swype if you type more than you swipe and often type in several languages (which totally breaks any swipe algorithm). This is why I disable Flow in first place (and it is also a memory hog, as the rest of Swiftkey).
Russian doesn't have regular pronunciation because of the fucked up stress system. Even native speakers can get confused when they try to read a multisyllable word they haven't heard yet. Czech would be a much better example of a Slavic language with regular (but difficult in its own way) pronunciation.
Unfortunately by that time the plane ran out of fuel the passengers were long suffocated. Maybe the steward could have survived.
Poor training, I guess. It would not be the first time pilots interpret an upcoming stall as something else. For example, a Tu-154 (and this is not a very smart airplane - there is some automation, but it is pretty unsophisticated) crashed in 1985 because the crew mistook the airplane vibrating due to almost stalling to being engine surges and reduced the power. I think that was the deadliest Tu-154 crash ever.
You don't fly by the seat of your pants in IFR. Doing that inevitably leads to spatial disorientation and then you fall out of the sky.
Anyone can make an omelet with eggs. The trick is to make one with none.
