Yet both sorts of deaths are wrongful deaths caused by agents acting on behalf of the State. At least one sort is very easy to prevent. Whether the other sort causes more deaths, is less easily preventable, or both, has no bearing on this fact.

If that were true, wouldnt you see more people in prison for life appealing for death instead of the other way around? If it was not a punishment these DR inmates would not be wasting money and time on appeal after appeal (unless you are mistakenly believing that EVERYONE on DR is innocent)

I dropped my S5 in the Pearl River last month. Took about 10 minutes to fish out it again (was damned lucky to get it back at all, really). Still works like a charm. YMMV but that'll do nicely for me.

If he's not a native speaker, he certainly covers it well to fool me--I'm a native English speaker with about 2 decades experience as a writer/editor in that language, and I'd be happy to interview him for a job my team is looking to fill.
Perhaps, in your mind, "moron" means "someone whose sentences are long enough that I actually have to think about what they mean"?
