A lot of this comes from the R.L. Polk database. Those guys hire out at minimum wage. Would you trust that data? I know a few guys that sat at a Denny's for a week just reusing info from a phone book for their daily logs. This will by a lot more accurate, since I don't know too many people that put the wrong street number on their houses.

I don't think they've ever said the phone has 4G data. It is however the 4th gen iPhone.

Here's how I used to do it. Set up an old computer(keeps it out of the dump) with smoothwall. Give it three nics. One goes to your cable/dsl modem, one goes to your wired network, the third is just for your access point. Smoothwall will keep all the lan/wifi traffic separate. If you have a laptop that needs to get a file from one of your wired clients, that's why smoothwall has a vpn. Or, you can put another wpa2 access point on the lan and have the wep access point just for the toys.

The only way to not broadcast the ssid is to turn off the access point.

So basically you're running your wireless network with no protection.
