We make a prototype and test it. Then we fix the problems and try again.

Working with legacy systems without access to Source, however needs additional features. Intercept Pipes, data packets, or reports generated, then use its information to filter and add additional information.

It is a rubber band solution because it can break from a brand new unknown variable, and requires layers of fixes and workarounds to keep it running.

What would exiting the Euro actually accomplish? Greek banks have been fundamentally reliant on the Emergency Liquidity Assistance funding since February this year, when the ECB stopped accepting bonds guaranteed by the Greek government as collateral for loans, following the direction that the general financial markets have been taking for some months previous to that. So the Bank of Greece would still need to borrow money from somewhere, and exiting the Euro doesn't make borrowing suddenly easier....

But they're not adverse to banging on the doors of apartments with guiris staying in them and demanding to see tourist licences, which the tourists don't have (the flat owner has the licence, not the guest). This happened to a young German woman I know, who was staying in a completely legal tourist apartment. They could have just looked up the address on the Catalan government website, but it's a lot more fun for two armed goons from the Mossos d'Esquadra to scare the shit out of a young woman travelling alone in a strange city, threatening to chuck her out onto the street if she couldn't produce the licence in 24 hours (of course they don't have the power to do this).

The correct course of action is for the government of where these tourists are mostly from to issue travel advisories to that area, making sure the papers in that area get word of it. Then the powers that be there, who profit from tourism, will "have a chat" with these enforcers, some of whom may work for them anyway.

Or more aptly, those who apply and are the best fit for the job - there is no point in berating a company for woeful diversity hiring figures when all they did was concentrate on hiring the best candidate.

When it can be shown that Facebook turned down a better qualified minority candidate in order to hire a more poorly qualified white candidate, then there is an issue in hiring standards - if minority candidates are being failed by the education and social support systems to the point where we have a noticeable disparity in hireable candidates, well thats something we all need to fix properly rather than just tut at companies who would rather hire the better candidate regardless of race, colour or sex.

How is this about Android. The OS doesn't add the hardware feature, it will only support it. They are a lot of New Android phones that don't have that feature as well.
Now I don't expect Apples goal is to switch over Android users but to keep their devises up to date with other winning technology trends and with their vision of future tech as to keep the existing user base and try to get new to the phone users.
For the most part if you are an Android user or an iOS user you will not switch unless their is some killer feature, or some major ball that was dropped. Otherwise there is too much investment in your device with apps and learning how to use it to switch.
