An anonymous reader writes: I'm a slashdot lurker, I read it every day but don't understand about 80% of what I read. In simple language is the health care web site the main event or a diversion? Should I be outraged or only mildly bemused at the level of failure? Does this show our tech resources are not equal to the task or only the vendors selected and their bosses were the wrong choice? Help me understand what's happening here..

How do you do it? How do you get your little one excited (even as young as 2 or 3 years old) and help them to use it? This article covers a few ideas, but I'd love to hear more thoughts from you.
