GIL_Dude writes: Microsoft has filed suit against Motorola in both US court and the International Trade Commission for "infringement" on patents related to SmartPhones. The patents in question are reportedly infringed on by the Android OS for Motorola's popular "Droid" phones. MS now joins Apple and Oracle in aggressively pursuing infringement claims against Android (either against Google themselves like Oracle or the hardware OEMs like in the Apple vs. HTC suit).
