I've got 24GB in my desktop, it's the max that my motherboard supports. I've also got 8GB in my laptop, which is the max it supports.

TL;DR

The problem with the CRTC is that the majority of the administration positions are held by former Rogers/Bell/Telus/Etc. executives, so they are going to help their former employers first and just make lip service to the consumers.

You mean 7th Avenue SE & 7th Avenue SW. Yes, I lived in Calgary from June 2005 to late December 2006, and then moved to Edmonton for 7 months and then onto Halifax for just over a year and back to Toronto.
