WTF ? Water tables are at most 1k feet deep. Oil wells are well over 5k feet deep with a LOT of non permeable rock in between how can this fracking fluid get into the water table ? If all due precautions are taken there is no leakage. There is a well casing that seals off the drill hole where is goes through the water table. If we all want to be dependent on other countrys for our energy, stop the fracking and pay 5$ a unit for natural gas or 10$ a gallon for your gasoline. Too much politics and not enough common sense.

My father of 87 remembers a time with NO personal income taxes. Does that mean we were somehow less a civilized society ? I dare say not. Most if not ALL federal income taxes go for pure bullshit that the federal government should have no business doing. I say that individuals should have no contact with the federal government, No federal income taxes. Let the interface with people be on the local or state government level and let the states interface with the feds. Let the states pay fees or whatever you want to call it to the feds to cover only what they are constitutionally allowed to do. 90% of the feds powers they have taken are 100% illegal and not constitutionally allowed. Lemme guess they have no bank accounts, no car, no place to live. All of which require you to show proof of who you are to obtain. You are correct there has never been a requirement to carry ID if your walking down the street. But if you are driving a car you are REQUIRED to carry a drivers license and show proof of insurance. If you live in america and are stopped while driving and cannot produce a license, insurance paperwork and don't speak english its a good chance you are not here legally. And if you are walking down the street and are stopped all you are required to do is state your full name and where you live. If you have no ID and you are arrested no problem either, they will fingerprint you and determine your ID at the jail. If your illegal? you need to be DEPORTED.

Excuse me idiot. In AZ a drivers license is perfectly good to prove your in the US legal as is a state issued ID card. Its the ones who cannot produce ID of any kind and that goes for brown black white or pink. To get a state issued ID or license you need to prove with a birth cert that you were born in the US.
