Cable companies are lucky to do more than TV services. They can do phone, Internet, alarms, etc. these days. I really miss the competition like other fast and affordable landline Internet services. No DSL and FIOS for me. :(

I still used 3.5" floppy disks, mostly bootable DOS disks, on very old IBM PCs at my former workplace back in the beginning of this year. Much faster than using the bootable Windows PE discs. :P

Yep, I have this problem. In my old nest, I used to be able to get free TV with OTA. Not here due to small mountains/giant hills, trees, wrong side, etc. :(
