I believe they're talking about mirror matter. It's still in this universe but doesn't really interact with anything else, kind of like, oh dark matter is suppose to.
Somehow I have a feeling that a lack of filled positions in those areas aren't particularly hurting anything.
"the law doesn't allow it to be used on any 'U.S. persons.'"
Well that's a load off my mind. It's nice to know all we US persons have to worry about is being flagged as a terrorist and executed with no due process in a drone strike, but at least they won't hack our game consoles.
Fair enough, but some of them are at least 75 miles from the border it looks like.

It's still ridiculous being subjected to this nonsense without probable cause. Of course, I also think sobriety check points are unconstitutional too. Even though I would never run afoul of either since I don't smoke or drink, I still care about our actual freedoms.
Exactly, just like this road right here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstate_10
Uh you do understand this "border" checkpoint is nowhere near the actual border, right? It's just some random spot on I-10 like a 100 miles from the border. Completely ridiculous.
That said, you'd think people would have heard about this and avoid I-10 like the plague in that part of the state.
Wow I'm totally shocked, what's the world coming to?
Decisions of how to deal with the massive asteroid are best left to the individual.

Note we're talking about condensed matter physics here, so this isn't the discovery of a fundamental particle that is a Majorana fermion, just a composite particle (similar to a Cooper pair) that appears to behave like a Majorana fermion. I'm sure this is an exciting discovery, but I tend to get more excited about fundamental particle discoveries.
BTW, maybe someone can enlighten me further, but since neutrinos have mass wouldn't they probably have to be Majorana fermion? You could catch up to a neutrino and make it appear as right-handed in some reference frame which would presumably make it's anti-matter right-handed counterpart? Neutrinoless double-beta decay is what would confirm that, right?
Yet another example highlighting the fact that "illegal" does not necessarily equate to "wrong".
Bah, everyone knows it was Apollo *11* that discovered aliens. They even made a documentary about it where events occurred in real time, it was called "Transformers Presents: Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon: The Quickening" or something like that, by Average American Voter.
It's real simple for me, Android is an awful platform to develop for (as are all the lowest common denominator cross platform API's). I have fun developing for iOS and really like the native API and developer tools. It's important for me to actually enjoy what I'm doing. I've definitely lost some projects because I don't offer an Android, but it's not really mattered since I have more work than I know what to do with anyway. Even after culling Android and only taking projects that really interest me, I still have to turn down projects because I'm already booked up.
Android is just not my cup of tea, if it's yours, then more power to you.
I find it hard to tell the difference between those candidates and the "actual" Republican candidates.
Real Programmers don't write in FORTRAN. FORTRAN is for pipe stress freaks and crystallography weenies. FORTRAN is for wimp engineers who wear white socks.
