Why not start with something a little less ambitious than full blown dinosaurs? I'm sure there's quite a few relatively recently extinct animals that would generate quite a bit of "buzz" if the were suddenly brought back into existence. I for one would like to see the Dodo Bird brought back. How about the Passenger Pigeon? No human alive today has ever seen a live one... Why not start there?

The donor hardware pictured in the "How We Made It" Section appears to be a Casio XJ-A240 DLP Projector - Retailing for a cool $999.99. Seems like an expensive piece of donor hardware to be breaking down to build these! Also - I wonder how many diodes they're getting out of each projector to get their final cost down to only $200 per pointer??

Math For America does exactly this. If you want better math education, the solution starts with retaining better math teachers. How do you do this? Simple.. Pay them a competitive salary.

Those who excel at math, rarely stay to teach it because it's more lucrative for them to take higher paying positions in the private sector.

There ARE competitors to the Aeron, in many other styles... Check out Knoll Office Seating, the ergonomics that go into these chairs is really amazing. If you can stomach the prices, then by all means, your back WILL thank you at the end of a long day. Make sure you buy a properly sized chair (*the aeron comes in 3 sizes) and if you buy some other chair, make sure he adjusts it to where his posture is set right. I have a couple of Knoll Life chairs at home, I can personally recommend them as super comfortable, and they come in a million different color combinations. Oh.. And they'll outlast anything from ikea or office depot.
