How often does your job threaten you with drowning when you screw up? However, I have no sympathy for the company which they work for, since that would be the accountants realm. I've been a happy blockbuster by mail customer for some time, I'm sad to hear that they're decommissioning the service as Lovefilm sucked with their poor QA. I'm not very happy about the thought of relying on digital distribution services to supply the same quality as a DVD over the network, sitting down and watching a film in a living room is far better than using a poxy computer for a film.
