Submission + - Continuous Backup?

What is important though, is how well that company has created an application which runs in the background and continuously sends a copy of the "changed" data back to the appliance for safeguard. This is not a "bare-metal" backup (though it is possible), but instead a safeguard for documents, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. We use this appliance to have a to-the-second archive of your latest work so recovery will be instant if disaster strikes. What do you use for such a wonderful solution, if any? Have you heard of any products with a smaller pricetag?
