Submission + - Sexist spam

xIcemanx writes: "The spam I receive, broadly speaking, falls into four types: 1) stocks and software, 2) Nigerian lotteries and/or dying rich people, 3) lonely Russian women, but mostly 4) penile enlargement. It's interesting, though, because both 3) and 4) are kinds of spam that are pretty much exclusively directed at males. Never have I gotten a scam email directed at a female — even though, presumably, half of all email users are women by now.

Now, I can understand why there aren't a lot of spammers pretending to be lonely Russian men looking for American wives, but surely there are other female insecurities that spammers would try to prey on? Have any Slashdotters actually received spam directed at women? Is the lack of "breast enlargement spam" an indicator that spammers think women are too clever for them, or that they just figure that guys just stupider at falling for these things?"
