What this case really was, in google ads, you can put in a piece of text that will be replaced with the keyword the searcher searched for. What happened is a couple of ISP's advertised using this method for competitors business name, an example would be, we have telstra (biggest isp in australia), and optus, optus would of put in a advertisement using %KEYWORD%, and it would of shown their ad with the title of "Telstra internet", so it appeared it was telstra internet when in fact it was an ad for optus. That is what caused this case.

What I want to know is how they can install these things without anyone noticing.

at 3am in the morning when nobody is around ?

What you say is true, if you view the tablets as a pc without a keyword and mouse. However if you view the items as an entertainment device, you'll see there is a very active market for them with consumers. This is where the so called bubble is. However i think the issue is more that the devices are nearing saturation point and this will have a serious impact on the sales of future devices.

If you read about the 10.1 tab, the design been released in Australia is different from the US one. The reason apple want version of it is to see if it violates the same claims, which 1/2 of them are about design - ie coped the IPAD etc. Samsung will be happy to do this - because they can get damages from apple if the hold up was without merit.

Here in Australia, when you get a phone,t he contract is 2 years. I still have 3 months left on said contract - the phone? the 3g. The IOS 4 update slowed it down alot, now banning on features for the 3g, that is bad business practice. Just a note for the fanboi's before they start up - the 3gs wasn't released (or announced) when the phone was purchased.

You can download files off their servers without having a paying account. With Hotfile what you are paying for, is an adfree, non delayed downloading of files. You can still use the system without the paid accounts, and because of that, you can't make the claim they are directly profiting off illegal services, what they sign up and pay for, is a higher quality service, not to access illegal files.

If an ISP starts charging for access to users / sites, then they should become responsible for those users/ data transmitted, remove the safe harbor provisions in the DCMA etc, that would stop a lot of them in the their tracks outright.

I do a lot of internet marketing, about 12 months ago, for around a week, I kept finding bing results in the google search results for various queries, they would be stupid Not to check out the competitions results and quality level. if you do a site:bing.com search, you'll still find some bing results in the google listings, but no where near as much as they where a year ago.

I have to agree with this as well, There are licencing issues with h264 and this would allow firefox to use the codec with the windows7 licening deal's which are already in place. MS wouldn't be able to do this for other operating systems (inwhich i couldn't blame them for either).
