Well, it's not mine, 'cos I'm British, but my understanding is that that's about right. The constitution was followed pretty swiftly by the bill of rights, which was some number of amendments. Whereas we Brits never even bothered to write down our constitution, and we don't have freedom of speech.

Twice I've had job offers which were clearly better than my current job. I wanted to remain on good terms, so I explained the situation. Both times they didn't counter, they knew it was a better job, and they understood why it would be foolish not to take it.

Essentially the Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) is saying that there hasn't been enough disclosure in why exactly Steve is absent and they'd like an annual succession plan delivered to shareholders. Apple is recommending that on February 23 at its annual company meeting, its shareholders vote against the proposal for a succession plan. Apple may have a plan for life after Steve Jobs but if they do they are not sharing it with anyone — not even their financiers!"

I've got one - it's every time you turn it on. And if it loses power it shuts down (unless you tell it to continue on battery). We made the location our kids' school, except now we've moved (and they've moved school) so that's going to be a pain. Luckily, I'm not the type to forget a PIN.
