neiras writes: The BBC is reporting that China's ruling Communist Party has ordered all citizens to install government-controlled filtering software on their computers. Apparently the software only manages to filter pages visited in Internet Explorer, transmits user information over the wire in without encryption, and is so poorly implemented that it may effectively make every Chinese desktop vulnerable to exploitation. Here comes the One Botnet To Rule Them All!
