User_Program writes: "The Yoper team, together with lead-developer Tobias Gerschner, are proud to announce the long awaited stable release of Yoper GNU/Linux 3.0, codename 'Titanium'.
This release ships with Kernel 2.6.21.1 including the ck-patchset including the SD scheduler, Xorg 7.2, KDE 3.5.7, Koffice 1.6.3, Firefox 2.0.0.4 and a vaste range of other cutting-edge desktop packages.

This release is available in 4 fashions:
The slim cd is approx. 142 MB big and for those who like to build a rather custom system.
The single cd is approx. 690 MB big and the appriate choice for the average user.
The live cd is approx. 705 MB big and for those who rather want to have installed all in 1 go and also like to preview what they get.
The DVD Version is approx. 3.7 GB big. It is purely intended for those who do not have internet at home and really need as many packages locally as they can get. This version will only be available as a torrent seed due to the traffic this ISO will generate. The information about the tracker will be available here approx on Monday 12 a.m. CET."
