Shouldn't the headline be more like "Homeowner Chooses To Sell New House after Broadband ISP Betrayal".
I found the rules on Wikipedia for Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots:
their robot punch at their opponent's robot. If a robot's head is hit with sufficient force at a suitable angle, the head will overextend away from the shoulders, signifying that the other player has won the round
I used to ride bikes all the time as a kid, but that was in rural Oregon...
The last time I tried bicycling was in urban India and it was just too frightening trying to negotiate traffic. I was with an Indian friend who was comfortable enough (beyond being on a bicycle instead of a motorcycle) but he'd zip through intersections and I'd be left behind, not ready to run a red light, unsure whether to go to the left or the right of an oxcart and afraid of hitting pedestrians...
Now I live in NYC and I'm often tempted to try bicycling, but I'm not comfortable with the traffic. It's so much busier than rural Oregon.

Why not work on the diplomacy?
How do you get diplomacy spread around enough congressional districts that enough politicians will vote for it?
Disabling your opponents ships takes them out of the battle just as effectively as singing them.
So that's why armed forces often have bands and things... I suppose with my horrible singing voice I could sign up as a special singing operator or something and be pretty effective.
He made some custom modifications himself...

What? No compromise?
There are many common idioms that are used incorrectly in conversation or casual writing. But that doesn't mean they should be used in formal writing, such as an encyclopedia.
So, you're saying there should be no compromise of this principal.
Say something the government doesn't like: Watch List
Participate in a protest the government doesn't like: Watch List
Buy too many guns or ammo in X period of time: Watch List
Visit some country our government doesn't like: Watch List
Donate to a charity or organization our government doesn't like: Watch List
Use VPN's or TOR or tech to try to keep some privacy: Probably on a Watch List
I'm sure I could expand this list quite a bit were I to put some effort into it. But you get the point.
Uses the Internet: Watch List.
Uses a cell phone: Watch List.
Uses a credit card: Watch List.
Not on a Watch List: Watch List
It left junk... Kind of like shooting a bullet at it, really. So...if I shoot a bullet into the air and it lands somewhere, I can stake a claim to it? COOOL!
That depends, how many more bullets do you have?
The last thing the world needs is another pissing contest over new territory
It'd be something new instead of the existing pissing contests over existing territory...
Animated dinosaur cursors?
Don't knock animated dinosaur cursors... I used to work for a company in the 90's, PC-Kwik, that sold a package of cursors, including dinosaur ones. Granted, it wasn't our main product, just something for the sales people to upsell for a few dollars more once they had customers on the phone.
That's why there's Bing.
