It should be.... sounds like a cable exec loaded up a bong (its medicinal) and this idea was the result.....
heh, with their 3 degree's rule I suspect they already are... I wonder how they keep their own names off the lists, or if they even bother, very likely they create alter egos and live their real lives through them.
Bunch of bitchy little girls. Good news for you, I'm a drunk and a washout already, so I can talk to whoever I want, burned or no.

unless you add a wireless dongle (they come in Bluetooth and wifi but they still require physical access and close proximity).
every person that has done a 'reflash' on their car to get more performance has done similar things, I can with the right parameters make my cars motor throw a connecting rod through the block, I don't consider this hacking, I consider it sky is falling stupidity... if they had done this through on-star, now that, I would consider hacking and truly the danger that should be exposed by this article.
two pools, internalPool, externalPool
use ZFS send and receive to migrate your data from internal to external, you and do whole fs or incremental if you keep a couple of snaps local on your internal disk, this can get excessive if you have a lot of delta or you want a long time.

of course you will need a system that can use ZFS, there are more options for that than time machine, its block level and its fast, and it doesn't depend on just one device, you can have multiple devices (I like to keep some of my data at work, why? my backup solution is in the same house that would burn, if it burned...)
So they've voted against sharing data from the EU's citizens only when its exposed that the US wanted the same level of detail on the government(s) supposedly protecting the interests of those citizens? It might matter if the NSA/CIA wasn't already able to get most if not all of this data from their 'unofficial' channels, but I am afraid that train has left the station.
Our founding fathers were quite reasonably considered a traitorous lot by England, we fought with the English in a manner that today would certainly also label them as 'terrorists' Snowden appears to have decided on which oaths to break and which to keep and its too soon to label him anything but a fugitive, but I am hopeful that if correct he is not alone and that others will speak out, it really does seem that our constitution is less of an authoritative document and more a piece of paper, not unlike that hanging on the roll next to your toilet.
And as an added bonus, they are under 18, so they have some hope of being treated as children in the eyes of the law, they just need to make certain all is done before they turn 18 and that they aren't tried as adults anyhow.
whistle blowing?
if he would have called AT&T and told them he found this, they would have accused him of hacking, he leaks it to a journalist and gets jail? did the journalist turn him in?
turn your router off, reconfigure it or replace it, go into paranoid mode, if the router does port forwarding take all port 80 and 443 attempts and direct them to your proxys:

set up a linux host, plugged in wired and an exception for the above rule, set up authenticated squid...
or just turn your router off for a while and go wired....
install it in a virtual machine, run it from there, this is lame.

China is finally flexing its grip on the tech industry, more to come certainly.

For God's sake, stop researching for a while and begin to think!
