Roche is decent, but I (accessing vague memory here) found him too concerned with literal translation. Taylor is crap. I would go with the Fitts-Fitzgerald version. It's generally considered the most accessible to modern readers, since they went for the meaning over strict literalness to keep the sense and lyricism of the original. I wouldn't use that one if you're trying to learn Greek while you read, but if you're just trying to enjoy the play, it's the best choice. I've not read the Fagles translation, but I hear it's good, too.
