The stealth on the F-22/F-35 is not designed so they can fly at 35,000 feet over Beijing undetected; it is so they can lock their missiles on their target at 50 miles while the enemy has to be 20 miles away to lock it's missiles. How do you find a judge to 'take the case' until you've already filed a law suit?
I'm not sure you're familiar with the process of filing a law suit. And who is to say it's frivolous? You? Are we to forward you all law suits for preapproval?
No; this is how the legal system is suppose to work.
You are allowed to file a case for whatever you want. You can sue for more money then exists on earth if you want. http://what-if.xkcd.com/96/
Now what can and normally happens in these cases is the defendant will file their answer saying something to the effect of 'This person is crackpot' and file a motion to dismiss. The judge agrees. Bing bang boom the case is gone.

So really once Comcast files their answer to something of the effect; "It's in their contract we're allowed to do this" and the judge doesn't drop it then maybe you'll have something to whine about. But till then complaining about someone 'filing a lawsuit against comcast' is like complaining about the people that sue the FBI for stealing their brain waves.

There's nothing wrong with the legal system.... yet.
I could sue you for making this post if I wanted to pay the filling fee; the only real test of the legal system is how far the case goes.

You've obviously never done construction... there's no market for 7' 11" walls, 8 foot walls, and 8' 1" walls when 8 foot walls will work fine.... goto a lumber store, you'll fine 2x4, 2x6, and 2x8, etc. Why? It's not like the saw couldn't be easily be programmed to cut out a 2x3.75453 board it's just no one cares.
And even for the options you would need available you could have 1000s of molds for the price of one of these printers.... 1000s of molds that can all be working at once while this printer can only doing one thing at a time.

You can pour in the factory if that's what floats your boat.

While 3d printing is cool and all what advantage does 'printing' concrete slabs offer or normal precast molds and just pouring the concrete in the old fashion way?
The article doesn't make it clear, but since this is a company and not an experiment one has to assume they see sort of useful reason in doing it this way, but for the life of me I don't see what it is.
If you're using a mold for concrete it's almost literally as fast as you can pour the concrete when using one...

That makes sense IF the person made some sort of mistake. For example if someone posts 'hey guys check out this crazy punch from UFC' and uploads short clip of it to you tube. The probably helps the company as free advertising more than any sort of copyright infringement.
