Now, every time I hear the word estimate, I assume that the number started from some actual data, rather than from someone's rectum.
Except for estimates of colonoscopy, I guess.
You can do whatever you want. You don't have an EULA with the enterprise program. Apple told us so when we were looking to reverse some API to obtain cell towers informations. We wanted to be legit and know Apple's opinion; they told us we could do it with their enterprise program, but we'd be limited to iPhones which have the correct certificate (registered with the iPhone enterprise manager).
But what about my god-given right to massive unmetered bandwidth without having to pay for it?
That right exists in many country, European and Asian. You just have to move there.

Please compare with Canada, where population density is lower than the US, and we still have better speed with lower prices. That argument is an excuse more than anything else.
Why aren't there good cost and speed in big cities like New York and Los Angeles, then?
