SandmanWAIX writes: A recent Australian Federal Court ruling found in favour of major telco Optus and determined they are not in breach of copyright with their TV Now service. This service allows mobile phone customers to record/watch free-to-air tv calling in to question the value of exclusivity deals signed with other major carriers.
