glittermage writes: The WSJ reports on an ongoing case regarding alleged "Hacker" Daniel David Rigmaiden regarding the governments tools used to track mobile devices with or without a warrant. The Judge may allow Daniel to defend himself against the governments claims by putting the technology into the light. Sounds good to me.

Submission + - FBI Arrests Homeless LulzSec and Anonymous Hackers (foxnews.com)

Velcroman1 writes: The FBI arrested two alleged members of the hacking collectives LulzSec and Anonymous on Thursday morning in San Francisco and Phoenix, FoxNews.com has learned.

Search warrants were also being executed in New Jersey, Minnesota and Montana, an FBI official told FoxNews.com. A document purported to come from the FBI leaked online in early this month; it purportedly called these hacker groups a national security threat.

One individual was described as part of the LulzSec group, the other belongs to the group that calls itself Anonymous, the official said. The suspected hacker arrested in California is homeless and alleged to have been involved in the hacking of Santa Cruz County government websites.

Blockbuster has ONLY a pay on demand ($1.99 / movie). Blockbuster doesn't have a flat rate subscription for streaming. I have the streaming plus 2 DVD options. I'm going to drop the DVD option, go with streaming only (until I exhaust their anime section), and just pick up $1 videos a few times per month at Red/Blue boxes.
