He is saying that those in control of the data if subject to the jurisdiction of law can be compelled to deliver access to it even if it resides outside the country or jurisdiction else bad things could happen.

I agree with that premise to. In this situation, it is a product of MS shifting revenue around in order to take advantage of Ireland's low taxes. It demonstrates MS' level of control over that operation.

Think about it. A government department so big that the guy in charge doesn't know what is going on under him until a special audit brings it to his attention not only after the fact but after he assured congress that it was not and did not happen.

Odley enough, i'm in agreement with TapeCuter also which is rare. I'm mentioning it here only because i don't want his head to swell or think something is wrong with me.

The gold dollar was about to put a check on Lyndon Johnson's 'Great Society' crapola, but Nixon defaulted on the gold dollar, crossed the words 'I owe you' from 'I owe you X dollars' from the bank notes and called the little paper previously known as the 'Federal reserve note' into 'dollars'. This is what allowed the government to perpetuate its growth to the gargantuan size it is today and it is what killed USA economy reversing the economic growth in USA and eventually wiping out the economy completely.

As to statistics, some people compile this data, of-course unemployment rate shows some of this but the details of unemployment are much more important than the compiled averages, the poorer segment of society, the black Americans have suffered higher unemployment rate since the programs against poverty started, than ever before. Actually before the minimum wage was introduced in the 1938, unemployment among blacks youth (16-25, formative work years) was lower than among whites by 15%. Actually each 10% increase in minimum wage mandate had a disproportionate decrease in employment upon the minorities, which is counterproductive if the goal is to decrease poverty, of-course it was not, the goal was to turn people into dependants, voting for bigger and bigger government, while growing the said government.

The gold dollar was not allowing the government to carry with that goal and Nixon chose to default on the actual dollar than to abandon big government ideology.

You try so desperately to connect those two unrelated concepts; apparently under the belief that you can force them into association by repetition alone. No no, the desperation is 100% on your end, I assure you.

I would be genuinely interested in knowing why you are so sure of this.

Strong correlation with consciousness during the previous 6 years, I suppose.

So, then, ~35% of the public - or 80%+ of your own party - supporting impeachment are sufficient in your mind to venture down this road? Not many people would ordinarily consider such a group to be an accurate assessment of "the public".

Your continued desperation to attach ownership of the GOP to me is. . .quaint. The only numbers that are going to matter are the results of the November elections.

If the GOP are invertebrates, then the democrats are - at most structurally - pond scum. They haven't stood for much of anything as a party in over a decade.

Aw, c'mon, boss: both stand for the increase of Federal power.

What I did was still more than you have done to attempt to fill in your cavernous gaps of knowledge.

The Army is involved because of the bio-warfare group they have. Before anyone freaks the US unilaterally stopped developing bio-warfare agents back in the 1970s
The US does research in defence aka treatment and prevention.

US Army To Transport American Ebola Victim To Atlanta Hospital From Liberia 409

acidradio (659704) writes American air charter specialist Phoenix Air has been contracted by the U.S. Army to haul an American physician afflicted with Ebola from Liberia to the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. This will be the first 'purposeful' transport of an Ebola victim to the U.S. The patient will be flown in a special Gulfstream III (formerly owned by the Danish Air Force) outfitted for very specialized medical transports such as this. I dunno. I know there are brilliant doctors and scientists in Atlanta who handle highly-communicable diseases, but is this such a brilliant idea? theodp (442580) writes with related news In response to the Ebola outbreak, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued Interim Guidance about Ebola Virus Infection for Airline Flight Crews, Cleaning Personnel, and Cargo Personnel. "Ebola virus is transmitted by close contact with a person who has symptoms of Ebola," the CDC explains. "Close contact is defined as having cared for or lived with a person with Ebola or having a high likelihood of direct contact with blood or body fluids of an Ebola patient. Examples of close contact include kissing or embracing, sharing eating or drinking utensils, close conversation (3 feet), physical examination, and any other direct physical contact between people. Close contact does not include walking by a person or briefly sitting across a room from a person."

Always left out of these discussion is just how much electricity they need to produce useful thrust. While in theory, even a micro-Newton can eventually get you anywhere you want to go, practical considerations (E.G. the desire to not spend months in the Van Allen while spiraling outward, or the need to decelerate to enter planetary orbit) usually dictate a higher thrust level.

Power is, for example, a huge Achilles heel for the much vaunted VASIMIR - it requires much more than can currently be efficiently delivered in space.
