Studying for finals is getting old. The yellow Mitra DSP book leaves much to be desired of a textbook to base a course on. Even the prologue says that the book is intended to be the text for the lab (computer-based) portion of a DSP course. I'm trying to just go over old homeworks and trudge through all the stuff that I didn't understand very well before. Also, I haven't even looked at formal languages or ethics yet. The good thing is that it will all be over on Tuesday!

I am finishing up my last undergraduate semester at Texas A&M. It's pretty exciting. However, I won't be getting a job and joining the real world yet since I will be starting my graduate work here. Hopefully, I can earn better grades as an M.S. student than I did as an undergraduate and go to a top-5 school for Ph.D.
