Submission + - Reporting Security Issues to your ISPs
fltsimbuff writes: Our Corporate ISPhas a primary DNS server (dns1-access.svc.us.xo.net) that appears to have been cache-poisoned to forward requests to www.google.com through a proxy unaffiliated with Google. I noticed this yesterday and removed their servers from our rotation for our internal LAN to prevent malware issues. I reported the issue to both their tech support line, and abuse E-mail address and have yet to receive a helpful response a day later. Does anyone out there have experience with getting your ISP to take these reports seriously?
