Big mistake... Ebola loves Spam... it's probably multiplying in there right now.
I don't think there is any recommended sugar dose. You can get by just fine with zero sugar.
Have had family members in NZ earthquake and a few other misc disasters. Facebook was the best way to find out if they were ok.

"A 2007 study by Jessica Reyes at Amherst College stated: "By the year 2020, when the effects of the Clean Air Act and Roe v. Wade would be complete, violent crime could be as much as 70% lower than it would be if lead had remained in gasoline, and as much as 35-45% lower than it would be if abortion had never been legalized. At the same time, history suggests that other unknown factors would have increased crime by perhaps 3-5% per year."[9]"

Arthur: And men.
Slartibartfast: What?
Arthur: Best laid plans of mice and men.
Slartibartfast: Oh. No, I don't think men had much to do with it.
The Texas case just exposes (again) the fallacy that the US has the best healthcare in the world.
This hospital made too many amateur mistakes to count:
- Sent the guy home with antibiotics when he presented with a fever after travel to Ebola infected area.
- Did not institute full isolation protocol until three days after he was admitted (thus exposing nurses and other patients to the disease).
- Did not follow CDC protocol even after confirmed Ebola.
Wow! This is really news!
Here we have a rich guy who while he agrees that income inequality might be bad, proposes that we don't tax (his) capital but instead tax consumption which is the absolute most regressive tax possible. This can only make income inequality worse.
What a clown!
Sounds like the cruise from hell.
There is no fusion energy. They have a design that they think might work (after a lot of engineering time to sort out a bunch of issues like metal science, heat transfer, radioactive waste, turbines, etc.) There is no prototype. They say they can do it in 10 years with a very aggressive schedule.
I'd take all of this with a truckload of salt.
Fusion power has always been 25 years in the future.
Not sure where you are but in the US, most homes have 200 amp 240 volt service = 48 KW.
My electric dryer alone draws 8 KW, same for electric range or spa.
Your electric service is just inadequate.
I just installed solar panels. Works out to a guaranteed 7% return on investment with no risk. The return should increase in future years as electricity prices rise.
I recently saw that India is taking an innovative approach to solar installations. They are installing the panels over irrigation canals. This has a few benefits... less evaporation of water because of shading and the government already owns the land for the canals so no land needs to be acquired and no land is taken out of food production. They have thousands of miles of canals.
The Republicans have been blocking the appointment of a new U.S. Surgeon General because of guns. The NRA doesn't want anyone to know that guns are a health hazard.
Also, the Republicans have gutted funding for the CDC Emergency Response (down about 50% in the past few years).
So, Republicans are very bad for your health.
This box only solves the Tor part of the problem. If you continue to use the same browser, you can be tracked.
Best to use a solution like Tails which live boots (from CD or USB) and has Tor and an anonymous browser (plus a bunch of other security stuff).

Suggest you just sit there and wait till life gets easier.
