Comment Interesting numbers. (Score 1) 739

So we now have around 13% of people without insurance or around 1-2% below what we before. However around 70% of those have been into Medicaid; which has alot of problems because of the way that is paid for not to mention the increasly few doctors that are accepting it; it does give the liberals their single payer system.
According to the numbers insurance for young men has gone up close to 80% yet they said it has gone down, they need to look at the numbers vs what they put in words; they do cover that by saving prices will go down in the future.
This are still parts of the web sites that are not working or have been implemented, according to the governments own reports, yet according to the article everything is great.
However at least with from the article insurance cost for company provide insurance plans have leveled off and not increased. Then you see they ignored the past couple of months, focusing only the times of economic recession and the costs that people will have to pay for insurance next year.
How about some real number like the percent of people who got âoeif you like your policy, you can keep your policyâ or those on Obamacare who had "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor." work for them?

There are plenty of old mines load with raw materials that are easy to get to. The reason no one currently cares about them is that the amount of money and time it would take to extract can be invested into places that would yield a higher return.
Switch the situation around and if you are back to hand tools and older style explosives and those mines are of use again.
Looking at current problems with wild boars and deer, hunting would not be a problem, it might harder for the first couple of years (there goes the canned goods that you can find) but after that you would probably be killing just to protect your farming.

Oracle already has the version in the name of the certificaton.
That certification is good for the lifeof the product what is changed with the time limit is that with an active Oracle certification you get access to software and some other services. If you don't keep the certification active you lose that access.
So my old Oracle DBA certification of Oracle 7 (15+ years old???) will no longer give me access to the web site and software unless I upgrade the cert however I am still certificated as an Oracle 7 DBA for as long as I want to claim it.

Submission + - Flight Attendants Want Stricter Gadget Rules Reinstated

stephendavion writes: You might be super happy to toil away on your phone or tablet the entire time you're on a plane, but not everyone is pleased to see your face buried in your device during takeoff and landing. The Federal Aviation Administration's new, more relaxed rules on gadget use aren't sitting well with one group — flight attendants. According to a report from The Wall Street Journal, the nation's largest flight attendant union is now suing the FAA to have the ban on gadget use during takeoff and landing reinstated. The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA argues that the change has caused many passengers to ignore flight attendants' emergency announcements, and that the new rules violate federal regulations requiring passengers to stow all items during takeoff and landing.

You can always find a few flat world, even today, however the widespread myth of the Christians believing the earth was flat is a creation of two atheists (White and Draper) who pushed this.
Easy way to see that Christians did not believe this is look at the art they created, from the 300s, you will find various art works of the Christ where he is holding a representation of the earth with a cross over it and that representation is a round sphere.
