Patent Spam (Score 1)

Here is a crazy idea, using the flaws of the current patent system, patent spam and then sue the pants off of the spammers for using your IP without your permission, and simply withhold permission from everyone. If enough people file patents for spam in all of its various forms, we should get this problem licked.
