Journal: Retiring users

Spleen venting: I wish it were possible to request that an existing userid be retired. After a certain period of time logging in with no posts, the account should automatically be expired. My beef is that there is a user on here - chicks who has never posted or done a journal or anything. We don't know when they last logged on (another feature that I should consider implementing), but let's guess it's been three or four years. If we had a retirement system I would be able to have the userid that I use everywhere else instead of it being wasted on this moron.
