I can sum it up in two words, a lot. All the presents are good; I'll read all the books, wash with all the soap, play with all the toys and even wear all the socks and boxers. But the best present I got was from my father, who gave each of us the sight of a child in the third world. IOW he paid for an operation so they could see.

So Im back from holiday/travels... Haven't had time to catch up on all the 6 months worth of /. posts. Started today...

I've been evicted for being one month behind in my rent, even though I told them I would be back from holiday to pay it. They thought I'd skipped the country leaving thousands of euro's worth of computer gear in my appartment...

I know I should have posted far sooner, but with all the traveling about it was a little hard to find the time, in between all the fun, to complete more than a short mail to confirm I was alive. Now I have 3 hours for the Bus from Khajuraho to Satna to leave so I have time to send this mail.

I want a new phone, it has to have tri-band, bluetooth, good battery, and I have to be able to hack it. I don't want a camera, mp3 player, simlock, or any other none phone things. It can have internet, but I probably won't use it.

As you might know I am staying in Zürich, I was on the tram 2 today, with my GF, from my house into town. When we got off my GF noticed her bag was missing. We waited for about 15 minutes for the tram to come back so we could check if the bag had been found and given to the driver, sadly it wasn't on the tram.
Naturally all the while I was calling her cell phone. Finally somebody answered the phone after 15 minutes and it had been handed in at the ticket office.

One more week of working at Sun and I'll be free again to work for anybody I want, and the week after I should be flying to Asia. I'm still working on the exact plan for the holiday in Asia. I am still going to have to come to Zürich for 1 1/2 days, but that's fine. Then it's off...

Here's kind of the idea:

In 6 days time it will be a year since I met my current GF, and I though it was about time to allow her to understand what I was talking about. After about 3 days training - course material listed below - she understands me. ;)

I was wondering: does anybody have more suggestions for me, besides from the obvious ones like teaching her c and [censured*]^W^Whacking.
