The problem is often the requirements are difficult or near impossible to Implement, hunse why these guys use this to make money. It is a law designed to force people to fail, because it is too overreaching. There is a wide area of disabilities that the ADA covers. So chances are you may be missing some, or implemented incorrectly. That Ramp may be too much of a slope... However if you go any further it could disrupt traffic, or be a tripping hazard. Paying the fine, is sometimes cheaper and less handle then trying to change it.

I think it isn't an issue of difference in the generations, Millennials vs Gen X, but just an issue of Age, where 25 year old are not dieing out they are constantly being replenished.

16-25 Is the time you are experiencing your independence. Going to college living on your own, hanging out with friends, It is new and exciting, you have little responsibilities (At least responsibilities with a short term effect), A car with a lot of gizmos that is sleek and fast, means you would be the one who is driving, the ones who the people will hand out with you for.

Then By the 25 age range, real life kicks in, you got a Job, have to pay for Rent or a Mortgage, you may be starting a family whose needs and wants exceed your own. While those Gizmos may be cool and fun, they are no longer your major concern. Now this isn't all that bad, you are more mature and comfortable with yourself, things don't bother you so much, but you also need such distractions as well.

I am willing to bet that the level of Sexism for Male Elementary School teachers, Male Nurses, and other Historically Female dominated positions, is much worse than when a Woman goes into a Male dominated position.

Ok, you get a job and you are the only Female worker there, you feel uncomfortable, I get that, but the same thing will happen if you are the only person of your particular Race, or Ethnicity.

When you are the minority you feel more threatened than what is actually happening. The problem of why it is hard to fix, is because for the larger part it isn't an external issue, but an internal issue.

I think it is an issue that when you get into your 30's you are allowing your mind to close.
As a Teenager, you are old enough to appreciate the quality of music so the music you listen to was new and exciting. As you get older you find the pattern predictable. The fact it has been predictable for hundreds of years, and every couple of decades a new element is brought in, but still most music is base on repeating over and over again.

I find the new stuff isn't that bad, and I enjoy it, and it isn't any worse than music when I was a kid. We had good music that we now hear on the oldies stations, and we have the bad bands that more or less fade away. So when we listen back in time, we only listen to the stuff we liked.

What I am more worried about, is he will spend time on his stupid Radio Program on NPR.

How Bad Nuclear Energy is.
How Bad the catholic church is.
A few public apologies.
A bunch of people who start their sentence with So...
How Bad, Really Bad, horrible, evil and worse then the Devil the Army Corps of Engineers are.
Then a song or two that is slightly amusing.

There are many reasons for your vote, Some people vote based on party affiliation. Some based on their personalities, other vote on the issues they stand for. Sometimes there is only one or a few issues that really trump other ones. We need the privacy to keep the election as fair as possible, because if you face repercussions from your vote, not to be confused with repercussions from the results of your vote.
