Yea, you got to love how they can scan a printed picture, then zoom in on a small silver vase in the background, and end up with a crystal clear picture of the person who took the photo along with everyone else who were standing behind the camera. No wonder I see so many pixelated photos used in ads. Thanks to the movies, the average person now thinks that computers can enlarge a small web graphic back up to 300dpi for printing.

You said that SPF records "aren't part of reputation", but rather "if you emit junk, your reputation will be junk." But if others are allowed to forge your email addresses, then their junk will be attributed to you, and so affect you reputation. So it sounds to me like SPF can in fact affect reputation. There seems to be a contradiction here...

Yes, the GPS system uses its own internal GPS time which is different from UTC. But the difference is always exactly an integer number of seconds and the GPS system is made aware of the changes to this difference (like when a leap second is added) so a GPS unit can and should display UTC correctly, ie 59, 60, 00.

A standard/smart power adapter would cost no more than 2x that of a dumb adapter. It would also be possible to make standard/smart power adapters that can power multiple devices simultaneously and that will result in a net cost saving. Plus, you would be able to reuse these standard/smart power adapters and not have to replace them every time you get or replace another toy. So, there is no technical or economic reason not to standardize the power adapter.
