I built a wire-wrapped computer around an 1802. 2k of memory. Lots of fun. The parent is a joke, right? Just because the USA doesn't grant your every wish, it doesn't make it remotely as repressive as China, where posting something the authorities don't like causes by you and your post to disappear for "reeducation".

One of them almost did drown, so it's a valid concern.
