So first there's a privacy risk although POTS can be tapped with a satellite or radar system, so even if it's constitutionally protected they're still tapping it.

The real argument is: POTS is obsolete but fiber is it's successor. They should be requiring the phone companies to install fiber to all homes, providing 10Gbps+ Internet and access to network resources like VoIP and IPTV.

The problem with an all wireless solution is limited capacity and radiation exposure. We've already ramped up emissions by millions upon millions of times, and it's literally causing DNA and brain injuries, preventing curing of cancer, causing species decline and extinction, and other problems. The Schumann resonance which the earth produces and all life is dependent on is literally being over powered by microwaves and other EMF causing all these different phenomena, including conditions like anxiety and schizophrenia.

When you walk around you're walking in a field of EMF smog. The mind cannot turn off, and melatonin production is also dropping because the pineal gland which produces it is activated by EMF of all wavelengths and doesn't get the chance when being flooded with signals 24/7.

2. all IP, SMTP, and HTTP, FTP and other protocols that aren't encrypted are being watched, so they know what is accessed and what information is sent to the server (GET/PUT/PUSH) requests.
3. All this is monitored because they have splits in the fiber and telecommunication system to passively monitor and record all traffic, 24/7.

On top of this, satellites and radar systems automate tracking of individuals and their behavior. Including heart rate, breathe, brain activity, and more. All ground activity is automatically tracked for them.

The Artificial Intelligence that runs the system is more effective than human brains at scanning and tracking things. Kind of like Facebook's image recognition software that uses virtual neurons, which beats human visual scanning capability.

The stats of the 32+ satellites pointed at earth indicate that all modernly launched models are 53,000 times more powerful than Hubble, pointed right into your homes and backyards and businesses, remotely tapping the emissions and radio frequencies of electronics and human beings.

Dr. Robert Duncan for reference is the guy who whistleblew about most of this; he has been to secret Naval bases and designed several of their surveillance and weapons systems for the DOD/NSA/FBI/USDOJ/CIA. Details about all this on this page (scroll down for some of the interviews with Dr. Robert Duncan, PhD from MIT/Harvard/Darthmouth): http://www.oregonstatehospital...

Of course it's true that the internet forums and shit are monitored; without encryption and/or heavy shielding to block signals emissions, like a foreign nation uses, you cannot hide any of your activity. The NSA/FBI basically uses all the same techniques that they use on foreign nations to spy on Americans. IN fact, they monitor Americans with this technology MORE than other nations. And it's easier because they have direct-access to all the land, laws, and agents who will willingly corporate with these abuses, and won't fight back or start a war like another nation might.

He's complaining that Netflix selection sucks for Streaming but there are alternatives to Netflix. Netflix is what it is, and they don't appear to give a shit about having a good selection. So he has to go elsewhere and pay more money (which is also why Netflix doesn't offer this service, because it costs significantly more money and they have a different focus, it seems..).

Have you seen how low bitrate and over compressed Netflix is? It is no DVD or Bluray, which both contain more bits for audio and video. Bluray video is the defacto standard with lossless audio and 25Mbps AVC which fucking owns Netflix's shitty 1-5Mbps blocky detail missing low res Streams.

The biggest problem on top of that preventing modern movies from getting on Netflix is movie studio monopolistic and sabotorial licensing and copyright restrictions. The movie studios refuse to license new films at affordable rates to Netflix, and generally they want a very high rate PER stream therefore they cannot do the current model of allowing you to download what you want at the current rates. With DVD and Bluray they can do this because they purchase so many copies and can rent them out as much as they want, but DVD and Bluray are copyright protected and this prevents Netflix from converting a "disc" copy to another format. Instead they have to license the movies through other much more restrictive terms where each view of a movie gets paid for and cannot be reused or viewed by multiple people like a DVD or Bluray.

Luckily there are many online services you can switch to but the cost is higher. Look at Vudu. Generally they want $4 to $10 per stream. Purchases in HDX format cost $20. So you got there a DVD/Bluray replacement but it costs you more. If Netflix tried to match these guys they would be charging similar rates.

Welcome to the world where movie studios intend to extract $100 a month for digital copies of their new releases, and only old releases are available at the bargin $8.99/mo rate!

Also I am guessing that this is the end over suing someone just based on their IP address, although the IP address is certainly going to be evidence if you can get the evidence through other means. You will possibly be taking another route to build the case sufficiently to convince a judge; you will be going to the FBI who has jurisdiction over copyright law and enforcement, which makes it a Class C Felony to violate copyright law, with punishment of upto 5 years in prison and $500,000 fines per violation. Once the FBI has built the case up and verified the violations occurred, a criminal conviction will take place and restitution can be ordered otherwise the evidence can be turned over to the copyright holder for lawsuit purposes. A wound be lawsuit filer could actually subpoena FBI testimony and records to convince a judge on who a particular IP address actually belonged to, and any respective evidence of the infringements.

Beside this, the company might actually have to take another route to prove his case: He will be suing say, "Comcast" in the State of their main operation, for the disclosure of identity of user and other evidential records, if Comcast refuses to provide information about a suspected copyright infringer. This will get enough evidence to prove who an IP address belonged to and perhaps open them up to liability over the content that was shared or downloaded over the persons connection.

There are many ways to sue a copyright infringer, and the media companies just have to do it the right way.. Nowadays the judges seem to want more evidence upfront to justify use of court order to get this stuff done, and to prove venue it seems. :B

This case is wonderful because the judge decided since they had no physical evidence of who was actually being sued, ie no name, and apparently no way to verify that the IP address itself was actually located in Florida, that they did not prove that Florida was the proper venue to handle this case.

All the filers actually have to do is refile the case once new evidence has been obtained, like through either submitting the case to the FBI and asking them to contact the ISP in question of concern of the alleged copyright infringement, thus identifying the person's and the ISPs actual location and name/address/etc, and then the case can proceed once all this additional information is figured out. All the judge is saying is he doesn't have any proof that this IP belongs to a Florida resident, and that the evidence is not enough to warrant the judge to order any type of "discovery" of information or to force the ISP to provide additional information about the owner of the IP or the particular computers which may have been used to download the copyrighted content.

If the plaintiff comes back once all this has been figured out through other means then most likely the case will not be dismissed so easily.

From what he told me, they originally wanted to do some surgery, but he went the more natural route and literally had to go against his doctors advice to do it. In this example he would have been sold unnecessary surgery for something he didn't need, with no mention of alternative or "fixing" the problem another way, more natural, through internal mechanisms or any other mechanisms.

And unfortunately this is going on routine. Also, when it comes to tooth issues other than cavities, there are like no natural treatment modalities. For example I recently had my tooth get infected from lack of flossing in jail; the infection spread through gum tissue to the root, and the tooth remained alive as indicated by all the "cold" and "heat" and "electrical" tests they applied. I felt pain, boy I was glad; but the only treatment they have for removing an infection at the root? Fucking giving me a root canal, removing all the issue, getting rid of the nerve and all. But what I believe is proper is not to remove the still alive tissue, and instead engage in same therapy to treat the infection, naturally, with chemicals, with electromagnetism, whatever, cleaning it out and letting it heal,.. See I want them to treat the problem which is the actual infection, but all modern treatment modalities and all the developments in the field have taught them and left them with only the ability to remove the tooth or do a root canal. What a waste, what a fucking mother fuckering waste, .. Because that's how they make money I guess. lol.

And advanced treatment methods that could save the tooth with basically no surgery necessary don't even exist today, when the tooth is healthy otherwise and just infected with some bacteria. The same problem exists all over the place leading to all sorts of unnecessary and invasive tooth destroying surgeries that make the practitioners a ton of money. :(

The conspiracy theories are always partially truth and the medical model does not have any method for scientifically proving the public wrong. They rather use discredidation tactics and speculation like calling it all a conspircy theory even though they do not really know if something is true or not. They generally overlook government abuse and classification of information that might prove the public right on things like the government or corporations withholding information about natural cures and functional treatments, or the allowance of public genocide and medical based injuries. The real conpiracy is exposed because doctors have an aligned interest with pharmacutical industry to push drugs and treatment for condition that either should not be treated or do not get better with medications, get worse, or have little to no effect, like many drug based cancer treatments and psychiatric treatments. The industry also effectively lies about all the harmful effects of drugs and covers up their ineffectiveness. Often times medical professionals even have ties to military, CIA and other government operations, using the public for genocide and weapons experimentation like they did in MKULTRA. For evidence of the psychitric drug abuse/cover up, look up the psychiatric affidavits of Robert Whitaker and Dr. Grace E. Jackson on this page for example: http://www.oregonstatehospital...

It says that not only do people with schizophrenia recover at higher rates without medication but those who take medication never recover. Medication users also get heavy brain damage and 10% brain shrinkage, and die 25 years sooner as a result. Antidepressants also cause such permanent damage that people can never withdraw from them, cause mania and are not significantly more effective than placebo, whereas excersise is 80% effective by itself and doesn't require taking an ineffective pill.

The industry has also been proven to lie about chemical imbalances causing mental illness, as no chemical imbalance has ever been shown except in people on medications.

Finally, the medical model treats real issues and expected human responses as something to be drugged out of people, even when they in fact are not diseases. They might say a traumatized women who is afraid of losing her newest baby after multiple miscairages should be drugged and has mental illness rather than trauma, for example. A person legitimately attacked or set up by government operatives might also be labeled schizophrenic and paranoid despite it really being real, because medical professionals do little to validate government abuse or whether others are lying about the situation, leading to treatment with force of deadly brain damaging drugs.
