Our crop are starved from other stuff than carbon. if carbon was the problem only, we would put carbon in our fertilizer. But we don't what provocated an explosion of food production was not the CO2 increase during industrial revolution up to today, but NPK fertilizer (nitrogen, Potassium, phosphorus).

No You don't. At some point in my teenage life I came to that dark place. But since the easy method was removed from my reach, I did not go for other method. the moment *passed*. In fact suicide is not always associated with a mental illness. I see many poster here pretend that, but it is not. If you test 200 peoples , 100 with thyroid cancer 100 without, 12 you will not detect the cancer, 88 will be detected and 20 will be false detected as having cancer. And that's a good case where you already have a good idea this could be thyroid cancer with a high probability. As a screening test it would be terrible.

So the question is what is the false negative rate compared to the existing test.

Insurance, PR+NIMBY, and overpriced clean up make nuclear expansive. A realistic price for clean up and removing the cruft without removing the security and nuclear is not as pricey. Alternatively force coal to have zero radioactive emission like nuclear, and see how far you cheap electricity goes. Coal at the moment is allowed far more pollutant and far more radioactive emission than nuclear is allowed.
