Or, perhaps that Slashdot is a good source for legal advice?

There are several docking ports on the space station. This diagram may help clarify just what goes where, although this block diagram may be easier to follow.

Dragon normally docks with Harmony, where the Space Shuttle used to park, while Soyuz and Progress would dock with the Zvezda, Rassvet, Pirs and Poisk modules on the Russian end.

There have been studies where people showed symptoms when a button was pressed and a red light went on to demonstrate that an antenna was transmitting, and the symptoms disappeared when the button was pressed again and the red light went off.

So you have proven through scientific study that some people are allergic to the colour red. Where's the problem there?

That would be when you click the "No, not now! I'm in the middle of giving a presentation to the board!" button, and then it responds with "Well, FINE. I'm tired of waiting and next time I WON'T ASK YOU."

Or when you don't respond quickly enough and it takes your lack of response as consent.

And then it decides to reboot on its own.

Surely there must be a way to have avoided this.

Maybe Microsoft should set up some kind of... Lab. To certify the Quality of Hardware for Windows. And maybe they could make it really simple for vendors like Samsung to send them copies of drivers for certification so that Windows Update would be aware that they existed.

And maybe, instead of demanding millions of dollars in fees for this service, they could charge something simple up front like just $250 and then not cause any more problems. Then Samsung would have been able to run through a quick certification process and avoided all of this trouble.

Man, why does Microsoft make it so hard for vendors to get their devices supported?

That's a funny one.

He could have found a magic unicorn to help install the drivers too. And perhaps the Easter Bunny could have delivered them, stored on isolinear optical chips too.

Come to think of it, the Easter Bunny has always been easier to find than XP-64 drivers, so perhaps he should have tried stuffing chocolate eggs into the disk drive.

You need a lot of pictures of people with tattoos, preferably not covered by too much clothing. And you're going to need to double check that the image recognition is correct for every match.

Once you've done that, you'll need to start applying the same algorithm to video sources. Again, with careful checking to verify that the system is working correctly.

Where on the Internet are you going to find a huge volume of images and video featuring people with exposed tattoos? And how, exactly, did you just convince the government that it was your job to spend all day watching them while calling it science?

Agreed. People on the short bus shouldn't be doing code audits. Leave the real programming to grown-ups.
