Submission + - Solid PDF Editors?

kayetech writes: My company is looking to cut costs in the current recession. One of the things we are looking at is software licensing costs. We currently use Adobe Acrobat Pro to create and EDIT PDF's. Not all of the PDF's that we edit were created by us, so we cannot rely on a PDF to be made into a form that we can fill out. I have been researching options, and a few programs have come up as possible replacements for Acrobat Pro: Fox-It Editor, NitroPDF, and Abdio PDF Editor. Has anyone used these programs? How do they compare to Acrobat Pro? Are there other programs that I am missing that are cheap and/or free that allow a user to edit a PDF whether it is a form or not? Thanks!

ZOMG! that's awesome! I've been using emacs for years, and never quite figured this out! SO helpful. no more saving things to a file called "foo" and dropping to a terminal to run wc, etc. :)

also...rectangles are the shit! every time I show friend some emacs, this is one of the first things i give 'em. they never cease to be amazed :)
