I guess you need to find the right over the ear headphones.
I have some that are just perfect for mowing the lawn, or riding the bike.

They make me sick, literally. Give me on ear headphones any day
Is a CIT degree counted in the numbers? The list of degrees by subject seems to be Computer Science and Technology...
Two years ago I ripped (to FLAC) about 1000 CDs my wife and I had collected since the early 90s.
The only ones that wouldn't rip were the ones that had deep scratches on them. We still have the CDs in our posession and still buy new ones and rip them to FLAC when they come into the house.
Seems like a sound plan, they are backed up and uploaded to Google Music, too, so we can listen to them anywhere
it's not just about leaving the country, it's also about being allowed to work above board
A large proportion of those brought in on H1Bs are low skilled grunt workers, something many locals can do
After controlling for offshoring levels, our estimates indicate that H-1B admissions at the current levels are associated with about 5% lower short-run wages for computer programmers and systems analysts
http://www.cfr.org/united-stat...
And there are plenty of reports that indicate at least a 6% drop in wages for local workers due to H1B employees
Your job may have no workers available, sure
But OS and middleware administrators, coders, there are plenty of in the USA. The salaries are depressed for local workers because of the plethora of H1B imports
have you seen how long that takes? many years in many cases
There are no cheaper goods and services
for the wages you were willing to pay...
To getting two H1Bs for the price of one!
These are already being abused by tech companies to force lower wages on those already legally in the USA, be they citizens or resident aliens, this will make it worse.
I certainly hope not. The number of times I have to edit a URL in the address bar is rather high
wouldn't that get messy?
If you factor in contractors then you need to factor in all the extra benefits of salaried workers. Such as 401k matches, medical insurance premiums, the other half of social security, etc.
