So uhm, Slashdot, when is LulzSec getting it's own icon? Seems to be the top favorite for news these days.

Haha. Back in my day
Could be pretty interesting for 3D interactive worlds; these type of worlds have always been far more successful on the PC. Those static/boring standing/dancing animations 3d characters currently have could be a thing of the past. Interaction between avatars could be a bit more "real" with something like this. It certainly is no "Lawnmower Man" hardware however it's an interesting step for metaverses and MMORPGs. Granted, the amount of space (if based on Kinect specs) you would need for your computer station would be enormous, but I think "the computer" really could benefit from these sort of user input technology.
If you're HARDCORE you hold DOWN the SHIFT key when you need all CAPS. Kudos to Google for bringing out the hardcore typist in us all! That crappy key was nothing but problems.
Seems more like the ocular implant used by Seven of Nine. Perhaps this technology can be expanded to use a display rather than a lens so we can have Terminator style vision.
And the earth will always be flat. Magic is simply science we currently yet do not understand.
Holy crap, it's coming!
Amen.
After over a decade of play, I still love the old Starcraft, and still play. It's a timeless classic. Chess players don't get bored with chess. Look forward to the new maps, new vehicles, and new graphics. I'm glad they didn't make it wildly different.
Everybody must now assume you have it. It's 2010, the "e-mail address" field is in a lot of forms you fill out on paper. I guess we've finally reached an age where it's assumed you have an internet connection in the same way it's assumed you have a phone number. Guess the thinking is, "validate your copy online, or don't play." Why bother? Someone's going to crack it. Do what you did in the past Blizzard
