The Empiricist writes: BitPass is discontinuing service according to an email sent to BitPass customers. BitPass provided micropayment services, enabling inexpensive micropayment for services such as Pay-As-You-Go conversion of patents to PDF. BitPass provided no explanation as to why it was closing down.
