I have to middle-click all day, the stock DELL mouse with raised scroll wheel/middle button does just fine. And you may be able to get a free one from a sys admin somewhere.

yes, it changes as time goes on. I once thought that a 12 month magazine subscription was a risk, now it's make short time goals and be happy when I achieve them. It has changed my life, in a good way, I value friends more than I used to, I am fortunate to have got this far, living in a great country helps.
